Every Jewel Arts piece is handcrafted to order:
- 3D Printed Items: 3–7 business days (multi-day prints + hand-finishing)
- Painted Items (shoes, canvas): 5–10 business days (Julie paints each one!)
- Metal Art: 7–14 business days (welding + rock-filling + sealing)
- Custom Commissions: Timeline provided at checkout
🚚 Shipping Options & Costs
Domestic (USA):
- Standard (USPS Ground): $8–15 · 3–7 business days
- Expedited (USPS Priority): $15–25 · 1–3 business days
- Express (UPS/FedEx): Calculated at checkout · 1–2 business days
International:
- Available to select countries · Calculated at checkout
- Customs/duties are the recipient's responsibility
- Transit times vary (7–21 business days)
📦 All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade and often customized, we offer:
- 14-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receipt
Exchanges: We happily exchange for size/color if inventory allows. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected:
- Take clear photos of the issue and packaging
- Email us at hello@jewelartsslc.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed for defective items
We stand by our craft. If it's not perfect, we'll make it right.
